Job summary

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician to support the Chicago market. You will deliver TMS and esketamine therapies across Chicago-area centers, with a focus on patient comfort and accurate documentation.

Ideal candidates bring healthcare exposure and strong communication skills, are able to travel between centers, and commit to a full-time schedule with varied start times in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent clinical certification is required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Human Services or related field preferred.
• Healthcare, patient-facing or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver TMS and esketamine treatments per clinical protocols.
• Monitor patient responses and comfort during treatment.
• Complete psychiatric rating scales and clinical documentation.
• Provide compassionate support throughout the patient journey.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow.
• Check-in/check-out procedures and maintain EHR accuracy.
• Assist with insurance and billing processes as needed.
