Job summary

Neuronetics, Inc., together with Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers, seeks a patient-focused technician to deliver TMS and esketamine therapies across our Chicago-area centers. This is a full-time role with travel to cover Chicago, Glenview and Hoffman Estates centers, typically 7am–7pm shifts and 40 hours per week.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in Psychology or related Human Services field, strong communication skills, and proficiency with EHR systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related Human Services field required.
• High School Diploma, Associate's Degree or equivalent clinical certification with relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EHR systems; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer TMS and esketamine treatments per clinical guidelines and monitor patient responses.
• Maintain accurate EHR, manage scheduling, check-in/check-out and billing procedures.
• Assist with insurance and billing processes as needed.
