Job summary
Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers in Chicago is seeking a patient-focused technician to deliver TMS and esketamine therapies across our Chicago, Glenview, and Hoffman Estates centers. This full-time role features Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts between 7am and 7pm, with travel to cover regional centers.
You will provide comprehensive patient care, monitor responses, document in EHR, assist with scheduling and billing, and participate in training to earn TMS/esketamine certifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related Human Services field; and at least the equivalent of one year of healthcare work or internship experience.
- High School Diploma, Associate's Degree or equivalent clinical certification, combined with substantial relevant work experience preferably in patient or customer facing roles.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient care: Administer TMS and esketamine treatments following clinical guidelines, monitor patient responses, record psychiatric rating scales, and address patient discomfort.
- Maintain accurate EHR, manage patient scheduling, check-in/check-out, and financial procedures.
