Job summary

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers, a part of Neuronetics, is seeking a Patient-Centered Technician to support our Northern VA region clinics. You will deliver TMS and esketamine therapies, monitor patients, and maintain accurate records in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

The ideal candidate will travel between Ashburn and Fairfax centers, possess healthcare-related experience, and be committed to high-quality patient care with comprehensive training provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related Human Services field; and at least the equivalent of one year of healthcare work or internship experience.
• High School Diploma or Associate's Degree with relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and EHR systems (AdvancedMD and Salesforce preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care: Administer TMS and esketamine treatments following clinical guidelines, monitor patient responses, and document psychiatric rating scales.
• Ensure patient well-being and accurate record-keeping: Maintain EHR, manage scheduling, check-in/out, and billing procedures.
• Support operational efficiency: Understand and assist with insurance and billing processes as needed.
