Syneos Health Commercial Solutions is seeking an Executive Director, Regional BD to drive sales growth across an assigned territory. This role blends strategic account farming with hunting, builds trusted relationships, and orchestrates multi-functional solution development to deliver immediate impact and long-term value.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree, experience in healthcare or biopharma, and strong consultative selling skills.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or biopharma in a business development, commercial, or strategic sales role.
Proven success managing complex B2B sales cycles and executive relationships.
Strong consultative selling and ability to uncove client needs and co-create solutions.
Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation abilities with a collaborative leadership style.
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Data-driven decision maker with strong business acumen.
Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM; Microsoft Office experience.
Ability to travel up to 40% for client meetings and events.
