Job summary
Syneos Health, a leading life sciences services organization, seeks a Director of Regional Business Development in the United States. You will drive sales growth across a defined geographic territory through strategic account farming and targeted hunting, building trusted relationships and orchestrating multi-functional solution development.
You will lead data-driven engagement plans, collaborate with operations, deal strategy, and delivery teams, and coach teams to maximize territory
Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or biopharma in business development or sales.
- Proven success managing complex B2B sales cycles and executive relationships.
- Data-driven decision maker with strong business acumen.
- Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM.
Responsibilities
- Develops and executes a comprehensive sales strategy for a defined book of business and geographic territory.
- Manages an optimized territory through data-informed prioritization of time, client opportunity, and market potential.
- Identifies, engages, and nurtures key client relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders at all levels.
- Leads tailored, multi-touchpoint sales strategies based on client needs and pipeline dynamics.
- Drives expansion playbooks including renewal opportunities and next-phase conversions.
