The Executive Director will lead data‑driven territory optimization, nurture senior client relationships, and coordinate cross‑functional teams to expand and renew opportunities while representing the company

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or biopharma in a business development or commercial role.
• Proven success managing complex B2B sales cycles and executive relationships.
• Strong consultative selling and ability to co-create impactful solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills.
• Data-driven decision maker with strong business acumen.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes a comprehensive sales strategy for a defined territory.
• Manages an optimized territory with data-informed prioritization.
• Identifies, engages, and nurtures key client relationships with decision-makers.
• Leads multi-touchpoint sales strategies based on client needs.
• Drives expansion playbooks including renewals and next-phase conversions.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to co-develop solutions.
• Represents Syneos Health at client meetings and industry events.
• Maintains CRM records and forecasts pipeline progression.
• Stays current on industry trends and client needs.
