Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years in sales leadership or coaching in financial services.
• Alternate: high school diploma with 10+ years in sales leadership or coaching in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance and ensure consistent execution across the branch network.
• Coach branch associates and managers to strengthen sales skills and leadership.
• Analyze sales trends and performance data to identify opportunities and improve results.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and talent assessment activities.
• Lead sales huddles, communications, and recognition efforts to drive engagement.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to implement programs and share best practices.
