Qualifications

• Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree and 1 year of experience, OR High School Diploma/GED plus 5 years in sales, customer service, or lending; or 6 months in a First Citizens customer-support role; or participation in a First Citizens career program.
• Preferred: financial services or telephone sales experience; licensed sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sales: achieve individual or team financial, production and relationship results per metrics; engage customers, prospects and referral sources through proactive outreach.
• Customer service: deliver value through proactive conversations, address needs, and build trust.
• Banking operations: ensure accurate deposits and related services, support lending activities including consumer and real estate secured loans.
• Community involvement: represent the bank at civic events to generate business and CRA opportunities.
• Compliance: follow regulations and bank policies, maintain documentation and participate in required training.
