Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 10 years' experience in Sales Leadership or Sales Coaching in Financial Services
• Experience in banking or financial services is preferred

• Drive sales performance and set execution standards with branch and regional leaders
• Coach branch teams to strengthen sales skills, product knowledge, and leadership effectiveness
• Collaborate with regional executives to implement initiatives and share best practices
