Job summary

East West Bank is seeking a Regional Manager to lead and deliver performance across assigned branches in the region. You will guide consumer banking, retail sales, and service goals, ensuring profitability and compliance while mentoring branch managers.

The role focuses on growing deposits, loan portfolios, fee income, and cross-selling on products like real estate finance, wealth management, and treasury services. Strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and strategic execution are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• 10 years of experience in Consumer Banking with strong management experience.
• Knowledge of BSA/AML/OFAC laws/regulations and how they relate to the role and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership in driving the overall performance of the branches in all scorecard areas.
• Responsible for managing the sales, service and operations across Consumer Banking and Retail Branches.
• Drives growth in deposits, commercial loans, mortgage loans, and fee income while cross selling the bank's products and services including Commercial Real Estate, Commercial Banking, Small Business, Wealth Management, Investment, Treasury Management Services, Foreign Exchange and Insurance.
• Responsible for selecting, coaching and developing high performing talent.
• Champions innovation in processes and products to achieve goals and identify new business opportunities.
• Develops and deploys consumer sales and service training and supports managers in outbound business development.
• Performs other duties as assigned
