The role requires building a customer-centric culture, coaching Branch Managers, and aligning cross‑line collaboration to maximize revenue while meeting CRA obligations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in branch management or related managerial role with a focus on business clients.
• Proven track record in B2B sales and sales leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee performance, growth and sales of 15-17 retail branches within the region.
• Coach and develop Branch Managers to drive consistency across locations.
• Build a high-performing culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement.
• Lead banking deposit growth, lead generation, and community engagement.
• Monitor sales metrics and take action to sustain revenue growth.
• Recruit, hire, and develop regional talent while ensuring CRA obligations.
