Qualifications

• 5 years of functional/professional experience.
• 3 years of supervisory or managerial experience.

• Ability to read, analyze and interpret balance sheets.
• Ability to present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, staff, customers, and the general public.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and monitor the branch office activities to meet sales and service goals.
• Engage customers in-branch and via outside solicitations to grow business and refer products.
• Supervise staff and appoint and train employees; ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Develop branch business plans to maximize profitability of banking products.
• Prepare financial and regulatory reports as required by law and senior management.
