Job summary

East West Bank is seeking a Branch Manager to lead daily branch operations, drive business development, and ensure exceptional customer service. The role involves coordinating sales initiatives, managing staff performance, and maintaining compliance with policies and procedures.

The BM will collaborate with product managers to refer banking products to business partners and to achieve annual branch goals. Candidates should have experience in lending or product knowledge, strong analytical skills

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 5 years of functional/professional experience.
• 3 years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• 3-5 years related experience, including strong commercial lending or product knowledge.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret balance sheets.
• Ability to present information clearly to groups.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and monitor activities of a full-service branch.
• Communicate with existing and potential customers to introduce products and services.
• Solicit new business from customers, communities, and civic organizations.
• Develop branch business plan to maximize profitability for banking products.
• Ensure custody and control of assets, records, loan collateral, and securities.
