Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or managerial experience as an operations manager in a financial institution with knowledge of budgetary techniques, compliance issues, operational procedures, and financial products.
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, presentation, organizational and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed regional goals in deposit and loan production; generate non-interest income through fee-based services.
• Monitor NIE and NII analysis monthly.
• Support branches with deposit retention efforts and ensure excellent customer service and adherence to service standards.
• Review and approve employee expense reports; supervise staffing, scheduling and performance issues.
• Visit branches to inspect activities; provide guidance to branches; assist with audits and branch reviews.
• Screen and interview branch job applicants; communicate policies and decisions; participate in region meetings.
