Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Three years of Financial Services, sales, or sales management experience.
• Active Life Insurance License within 12 months and continuing education.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Leads a small to moderate sized team of branch associates to generate new revenue and grow client relationships.
• Educates customers on Regions products and services, including loans, deposits, life insurance and annuities.
• Ensure a strong customer experience and efficient branch operations while adhering to policies and compliance.
