Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of management experience or completion of Management Trainee program.
• Valid driver\'s license and access to a reliable car.
• Pass drug screen, criminal and credit background checks.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and lead team members to achieve branch profitability.
• Make decisions affecting employees and branch operations within policy.
• Serve as subject matter expert on personal loan products to help customers achieve goals.
• Maintain solvency of branch operations through asset control and proper credit extension.
• Build and maintain customer relationships through exceptional service.
• Assign duties, monitor quality and training to maintain efficiency.
• Train staff on branch operations, policies, and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with Recruiting and District Supervisors to staff the branch.
• Cultivate relationships with local retailers and manage partnerships with Account Managers.
• Oversee loan approvals, collections plans, insurance claims processing, and cash handling.
• Approve expenses, sign checks, and manage supply requisitions.
• Handle month-end reporting and other tasks as assigned.
