Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 2 years of management experience or completion of required Management Trainee program.
• Valid Driver’s License and access to a dependable automobile with liability insurance coverage.
• Must pass drug screen, criminal and credit background checks.

Responsibilities

• Manages and inspires team members to drive branch profitability and growth.
• Owns the branch P&L and approves loans, deposits, and cash handling.
• Develops new partnerships with local retailers and manages vendor relationships.
• Ensures high-quality customer service and timely follow-up with past-due accounts.
• Trains staff on policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance.
