Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Leads a small to moderate team of branch associates to drive revenue from customer needs.
• Conducts outside sales to generate new business while expanding existing relationships.
• Educates customers about Regions products and digital banking options.
• Coaches staff through the iConnect Sales, Service and Coaching process.
• Provides coaching to strengthen product knowledge and customer needs guidance.
• Advises customers on Regions Consumer and Business products and services.
• Ensures an optimal customer experience and handles transactions when needed.
• Manages recruiting and selection for the branch and collaborates with partners.
