Regional Finance seeks a Branch Manager to lead a high-performing team at our Chattanooga, TN branch. You will drive loan growth, manage the P&L, and cultivate strong client relationships while maintaining a focus on service quality and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 2 years of management experience or completion of required Management Trainee program.
• Valid Driver’s License and access to a dependable automobile with liability insurance coverage.
• Must pass drug screen, criminal and credit background checks.

Responsabilités

• Lead team members to drive branch profitability and performance.
• Manage branch P&L, drive loan growth, and oversee portfolio quality.
• Develop current and new business partnerships and marketing efforts.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform month-end reporting and manage branch expenses; approve expenses and deposits.
