Qualifications

• 7–10 years of banking experience in a similar capacity.
• Solid retail banking experience with general commercial lending knowledge.
• Management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and evaluate plans and financial performance of assigned region.
• Oversee regional operations, risk management and regulatory compliance.
• Direct goals and implement marketing and sales programs to meet targets.
• Develop service quality programs to ensure client satisfaction.
• Contribute to Retail Banking policy and ensure policy communication.
• Plan budgets and build a talent pipeline with succession planning.
