Job summary

Qualifications

• Three to five years' experience in a similar capacity with management/supervisory responsibilities.
• Comprehensive knowledge of branch service functions and bank policies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; bilingual English and Chinese preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interact with bank personnel, corporate and clients to deliver quality customer service.
• Profile customers during new accounts and teller transactions to identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Develop coaching plans and performance goals for staff to meet service and sales requirements.
• Lead achievement of team and individual sales production goals.
• Support onboarding plans with Branch/Relationship Managers and assist with product setup.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and maintain branch risk controls.
