Job summary

PPG Industries, Inc is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive sales and service targets within the Roanoke and Lynchburg, VA market. You will report to the Regional Sales Manager and develop the local market, leveraging knowledge of collision body shop and refinishing processes.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's in business or equivalent, 5+ years of consultative sales experience, and automotive refinishing exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years proven track record in growing sales with consultative selling.
• Automotive Refinish or equivalent experience; valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual sales plans and manage costs within targets.
• Understand end-customer requirements and align with regional strategy.
• Sell paint systems and related items through distributor networks.
• Manage distributor relationships and staff development.
• Leverage knowledge of body shop and fleet operations to improve profitability.
• Develop relationships with dealers, MSOs, and collision centers.
• Travel up to 25% overnight as required.
