PPG in Strongsville, OH is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive sales targets and deliver service aligned with regional goals. You report to Regional Sales Leader and work as an individual contributor to support end-user and higher-level customers.

You will manage distributor relationships, develop market insights, and apply analytics to improve profitability and growth across paint systems. Expect ~25% overnight travel and a focus on CPC finishes within the Refinish brands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years track record in growing sales with validated skills at consultative selling.
• Prior Automotive Refinish or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Achieve annual sales plans for growth while managing costs, receivables, and expenses.
• Develop understanding of end customer requirements and PPG strategy for the region.
• Sell paint systems and sundry items of PPG Refinish brands through distribution.
• Manage distributor relationships including sales, training, and receivables.
• Apply in-depth knowledge of body shop/fleet operations to improve profitability and cycle times.
• Develop relationships with main dealer, Regional MSO, and independent collision centers.
• Collaborate with team to grow the market and maximize potential.
• Travel overnight approximately 25%.
