Job summary

PPG Industries is seeking a Commercial Territory Sales Manager to lead Automotive Refinish sales in Arkansas and Oklahoma, reporting to the Regional Manager. You will drive business targets and deliver regional, zone, and national objectives while upholding corporate values.

Responsibility includes field trials, product demonstrations, and developing strategies to improve market share. The role requires consultative selling and a track record in growing sales within the automotive refinishing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or equivalent work experience with 2+ years proven track record in growing sales.
• Prior Automotive Refinish or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet EH&S regulations and educate customers on the safe use of products.
• Attend field trials and demonstrate product applications.
• Improve regional financial performance by implementing short- and medium-term sales strategies.
• Develop regional opportunities to increase market share.
• Maintain knowledge of application techniques and equipment for PPG refinish products.
• Gather customer samples and information for problem analysis.
• Identify opportunities for new products and better value delivery with regional team.
