Job summary

GreenDrop is seeking an Associate Manager to lead field operations, coach staff across multiple donation sites, and ensure outstanding donor service. The role emphasizes training, safety, and compliance while supporting Area Managers with hiring, onboarding, and performance management.

The position requires a high school degree or equivalent and at least 2 years in a supervisory customer service role. Travel across defined Georgia sites is expected, with non-exempt status and a benefit-rich

Responsibilities

• Train and coach the Associate Manager in Training role, new team members, as well as existing team members on all company policies and procedures
• Oversee field activities with direct oversight to 20 to 30 sites regularly
• Manage direct report functionality of an Area Manager including hiring, coaching, counseling, and onboarding
• Support Area Manager by reviewing applications and conducting interviews
• Manage supplies, assets and maintenance requests at each site
• Ensure timely pickup requests are communicated
• Interact with donors with good judgment and professionalism
• Maintain a positive customer-focused mindset
• Work independently with integrity and sound decision making
• Foster a culture of customer service with impeccable donor interactions
• Assist donors and drivers in unloading donations and representing the brand
• Work efficiently and call for assistance as needed
• Follow safety standards to protect team members and donors
• Report hazards or injuries to management
• Record donor information on iPad
• Organize donations in stock room
• Prepare and send daily/weekly supply needs
• Perform other duties as assigned
