GreenDrop is seeking an Associate Manager to lead and coach field teams across multiple retail sites in Georgia. You will oversee direct reports, manage donor interactions, ensure safety standards, and drive exceptional service.

This role requires a high school diploma and at least two years in a supervisory customer-service setting, plus willingness to travel between sites. A clean driving record and ability to pass physical and background checks are needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory customer service role leading 10 or more team members.
• Satisfactory pass physical and background exams.
• Clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach team; oversee 20-30 sites regularly.
• Hire, coach, and manage staff including onboarding.
• Support Area Manager by reviewing applications and conducting interviews.
• Manage supplies, assets, and maintenance at each site.
• Ensure timely pickups and donor interactions with a service mindset.
• Adhere to safety standards and wear required equipment.
• Travel between sites within the territory as needed.
