Job summary

Metropolis is seeking an Associate Account Executive to support a regional territory, driving net-new business and expanding our presence in parking, mobility and real estate using AI and computer vision.

You will lead discovery sessions, product demos, and formal sales presentations, while partnering with Account Executives and senior leadership to manage client portfolios. Travel regionally as needed; base salary ranges from $75,000 to $95,000 with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in SDR/BDR or client-facing roles.
• Experience selling to asset managers, ownership groups, or real estate partners.
• Ability to build relationships and accelerate deal velocity.
• Data-literate with pipeline management and forecasting.
• Proficient with CRM tools such as Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop net-new opportunities through multiple channels.
• Execute consultative sales and discovery calls to qualify leads.
• Lead client discovery sessions, product demos and proposals.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and senior leadership on portfolios.
• Coordinate with marketing, operations and legal on underwriting and modeling.
• Maintain pipeline hygiene and accurate deal context in Salesforce.
• Hit activity and generation goals and develop account strategies.
