Culligan by Consolidated Water Group in Panama City Beach, FL is seeking an Area Sales Manager to lead outside sales across multiple locations. Based in Panama City Beach with regional oversight, you will drive revenue, coach reps, and build high-performing teams.

You will recruit, train, and retain top talent, develop sales strategies, monitor market trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development efforts. Travel within the territory is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience successfully managing in-home/outside sales teams
• A self-motivated, high-energy leadership style with strong communication and coaching abilities
• 4+ years of management experience in residential or outside sales
• Strong understanding of sales planning, forecasting, and performance metrics
• Computer savvy – comfortable with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the territory
• Bachelor's degree (strongly preferred)

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of outside sales representatives to achieve and exceed revenue and profitability goals
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive product growth and expand market share
• Conduct regular ride-alongs, provide ongoing coaching, and foster a culture of accountability and excellence

• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure business development efforts are aligned and supported
