Culligan of Jacksonville, a franchise of Culligan, seeks an Area Sales Manager to lead outside sales teams across multiple locations. Based in Jacksonville, FL, you will motivate, coach, and drive revenue growth while aligning strategies with cross-functional partners.

The role requires 4+ years of sales leadership experience, a strong customer focus, and the ability to travel within the territory. A Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred, with a comprehensive benefits package offered.

Qualificações

• Proven experience managing in-home/outside sales teams
• 4+ years of management in residential or outside sales
• Strong sales planning, forecasting, and performance metrics knowledge
• Computer savvy with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the territory
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred

Responsabilidades

• Lead and inspire a team of outside sales representatives to achieve revenue and profitability goals
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive product growth and expand market share
• Conduct regular ride-alongs, provide ongoing coaching, and foster accountability
• Recruit, train, and retain top talent to build a winning team
