Culligan of Panama City Beach is seeking an Area Sales Manager to lead our outside sales teams across multiple locations and regions. Based in Panama City Beach, FL, you will oversee sales efforts for Fort Walton Beach, Dothan, Mobile, Macon, LaGrange, and surrounding areas.

You will coach and develop field teams, implement growth strategies, recruit top talent, and ensure cross-functional alignment to outperform market competition.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing in-home/outside sales teams.
• 4+ years of management experience in residential or outside sales.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.
• Understanding of sales planning, forecasting, and performance metrics.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the territory.

• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the territory

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (strongly preferred)
• Direct-to-consumer sales and field training experience
