Culligan of Panama City Beach is seeking an Area Sales Manager to lead our outside sales teams across multiple locations. Based in Panama City Beach, FL, you will drive revenue and develop strategies while coaching staff to achieve targets.

You will recruit, train, and retain top talent, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and monitor market trends to stay ahead. A strong track record in residential/outside sales and a valid driver’s license are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of management experience in residential or outside sales.
• Proven experience managing in-home/outside sales teams.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the territory.
• Computer savvy – comfortable with Microsoft Office and CRM.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of outside sales representatives to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive product growth and expand market share.
