Culligan of Jacksonville is seeking an Area Sales Manager to lead and coach our outside sales team across multiple locations in FL and neighboring states. Based in Jacksonville, you will drive revenue, develop strategies, and build a high-performing group.

You will recruit, train, and mentor reps, monitor market trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to grow market share and profitability for a trusted water-treatment brand.

Based in Jacksonville, FL with regional oversight of Starke, FL, Tallahassee, FL, North Charleston, SC, and Myrtle Beach, SC Lead. Motivate. Drive Results.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and inspire a team of outside sales representatives to achieve and exceed revenue and profitability goals

What You Bring:

• Proven experience successfully managing in-home/outside sales teams
• A self-motivated, high-energy leadership style with strong communication and coaching abilities
• 4+ years of management experience in residential or outside sales
• Strong understanding of sales planning, forecasting, and performance metrics
• Computer savvy – comfortable with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the territory

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (strongly preferred)
• Direct-to-consumer sales and field training experience
