Oliver Wyman in the Americas seeks an AI Product Enablement Regional Manager to translate AI priorities into scalable coaching, tools, and workflows. You’ll lead the day-to-day operations of the AI Capability & Enablement team, partnering with Product Strategy, Design, Engineering, and Training to scale AI usage.

This role combines hands-on tool building (Skills, Agents, no-code/low-code workflows) with governance, KPI tracking, and pattern capture to drive responsible, repeatable AI outcomes

Qualifikationen

• 4-5 years of experience in AI enablement, digital delivery, or product operations.
• 3+ years of people management experience leading teams.
• Hands-on experience building AI tools and workflows.
• Experience with no-code/low-code platforms.
• Experience connecting to LLM APIs and tool calls.

Aufgaben

• Lead day-to-day operations of the AI Capability & Enablement function, ensuring coaching, triage, experimentation, and standards-setting activities run effectively
• Design and manage structured workflows for intake, routing, escalation, and feedback loops
• Track key performance indicators (e.g., adoption patterns, recurring use cases, response time, enablement effectiveness) and recommend course corrections
• Set and maintain team standards for building, testing, documenting, and sharing AI tools and workflows, including naming, versioning, and where assets are published
• Manage the team's build backlog, prioritizing which use cases become Skills, agents, or automations based on reach, repeatability, and value
• Coordinate cross-functional contributors across Product Strategy, Design, Engineering, Training & Comms, and platform teams, including handing off validated prototypes to QI developers and OW Tech when they need production‑grade build, hosting, or integration
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of AI Product Enablement Analysts
• Foster a collaborative, high‑performing culture focused on continuous learning and exceptional user experience
