Job summary

Oliver Wyman is seeking an AI Product Enablement Regional Manager to drive the day-to-day execution of the AI Capability & Enablement team across the Americas. You will translate firm-wide AI priorities into coaching, triage, experimentation, and scalable guidance, building an acceleration strategy for AI usage in the region.

The role balances strategic intent with hands-on management, owning operating rhythms, stakeholder coordination, and workflow management to scale AI responsibly.

Qualifications

• 6–9 years in AI enablement, digital delivery, product operations or related roles.
• 3+ years of people management experience with high-performing teams.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives with clear deliverables.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and workflows (custom GPTs, prompts, AI assistants).

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of AI Capability & Enablement, ensuring coaching, triage, experimentation and standards-setting.
• Design workflows for intake, routing, escalation and feedback loops.
• Track adoption patterns, response time and enablement effectiveness, and propose improvements.
• Maintain up-to-date analytics dashboards.
• Coordinate across Product Strategy, Design, Engineering, Training & Comms, and platform teams.
• Lead regional enablement initiatives from planning through execution and manage timelines.
