Under the leadership of the AI Product Enablement team, you will coach colleagues, refine prompts, and develop living exemplars, while delivering high-quality outputs in a hybrid work environment with 60% in-office attendance.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in analytics, digital enablement, or technology-adjacent roles.
• Exposure to AI tools and a strong interest in experimentation.
• Experience supporting documentation or analysis work in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute structured prompt testing and refinement for defined AI use cases.
• Configure and test custom GPTs and AI assistants for the Center of Excellence.
• Validate outputs for clarity, consistency, safety, and usability.
• Prototype lightweight AI workflows under guidance and document results.
• Build prompt libraries and living exemplars for reuse in training materials.
• Support coaching sessions and translate questions into structured AI prompts.
