Allergan Aesthetics, an AbbVie Company, is seeking a Regional Sales Leader to drive regional sales strategy and execution for the portfolio. The role leads a team of 7–10 representatives, steering facial and SkinMedica growth and coordinating cross-portfolio opportunities.

Strong leadership and industry knowledge are essential. The position reports to Area Sales Leader and emphasizes top accounts engagement, strategy development, and teamwork across multiple product lines.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of sales and sales management experience; marketing experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and track top-line performance and resource allocation across the regional priorities.
• Oversee development of account strategies and execution plans to grow Facial and the entire portfolio.
• Lead, coach, and develop Facial and SkinMedica Sales Representatives aligned to the region.
• Partner with direct team and other aligned product teams to identify cross portfolio opportunities.
• Coordinate with cross-portfolio sales teams and allocate resources to execute on aligned strategies.
• Collaborate with APC and ADC to optimize engagement with top accounts in each region.
• Support business owner relationships with regional strategic accounts and lead development of account plans.
• Support execution of the National Account strategies at the ship-to level.
• Regional pod coordination: Lead cross-portfolio strategy across Facial, SkinMedica, PRM and Body Contouring teams at ship-to level.
• Lead regional pod meetings to drive consistent execution across top accounts and identify strategies to grow the Allergan Aesthetics business.
