Galderma Laboratories, LP is seeking an Aesthetic Regional Sales Manager in Miami, FL. You will lead a team of ABMs, drive B2B sales, and manage regional budgets while shaping market strategy in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

You will develop regional sales plans, analyze market trends, and collaborate with marketing to expand product demand. Travel 40–50% is required, with focus on ethics and customer-focused selling across dermatologists and aesthetic accounts.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of related commercial experience in sales, product/brand management, sales training management, national account management or similar roles; injectable Aesthetics sales experience preferred.
• Demonstrated and sustained high performance; prior people management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to interact with internal and external customers, building professional relationships and credibility.
• Ability to implement and execute marketing strategies and effective business plans.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Must maintain integrity and be highly ethical at all times.
• Travel 40-50% expected.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership and strategic direction to ABMs for the Region, managing B2B sales, goals and budget.
• Coach, mentor ABMs on B2B buy-and-bill, direct selling techniques and market strategies.
• Develop and execute regional sales plans and forecasts to meet revenue targets.
• Analyze regional market trends, insights, and customer data to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional stakeholders on national and regional strategies.
• Conduct field rides, coaching sessions and performance reviews to drive accountability and learning.
• Build and maintain relationships with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, medical spas and key accounts.
• Recruit, hire, onboard and mentor high-performing ABMs.
• Maintain CRM documentation, forecasting accuracy and pipeline management.
• Attend sales meetings, conventions and regional calls; participate in field activities.
• Uphold high standards of integrity and professionalism in all business interactions.
