Allergan Aesthetics, an AbbVie company, is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to drive sales of SkinMedica, DiamondGlow and Latisse across a designated geographic area in the U.S. You will focus on direct product selling and pull-through programs, leveraging cross-functional teams to maximize coverage among targeted aesthetic customers.

The role requires a proven track record in aesthetics or skin care sales, strong consultative selling skills, and the ability to work independently with travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field preferred or equivalent industry experience required.
• Minimum of 3+ years of sales experience, B2B2C preferred.
• Aesthetics sales background or related experience with a skin care company highly desirable.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Financial/budgetary experience and ability to travel.

Responsabilités

• Represent the SkinMedica, DiamondGlow and Latisse brands to targeted aesthetic customers within a designated geographic area.
• Sell products directly and execute pull-through programs/events for patients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize territory performance and budgets.
• Educate customers on product features, benefits and supporting studies.
• Manage territory plans, call plans and sales reporting tools.
