Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities within a Regional Sales Territory via direct calling and emailing.
• Strategize with Sales Management on selling into regional commercial buildings, offices, and campuses.
• Build relationships through fieldwork, lobby events, and meetings with property management.
• Educate customers on Cogent's connectivity solutions using consultative selling techniques.
• Update activities in the CRM and pursue monthly revenue targets.
