Goodwin Recruiting seeks a seasoned telecommunications sales leader to drive revenue across a defined territory in the United States. You will sell a full product range, manage margins, and develop account plans with strong customer relations.

Responsibilities include leveraging CRM, executing territory plans, traveling up to 75% and collaborating with Inside Sales and suppliers. A business degree is preferred; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in telecommunications sales required.
• 3-5 years in network equipment sales required.
• Distribution/materials experience strongly preferred.
• Channel sales experience required.
• Existing telecom industry contacts within territory required.
• Proficiency with CRM software required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Spanish bilingual a plus.
• Travel up to 50-75% within territory.

Responsibilities

• Represent and sell full range of products within defined area.
• Manage KPIs including revenue, margin, quota, and mix.
• Develop and execute sales plans for all customers.
• Create and execute Key Account Plans for priority customers.
• Maintain engagement expectations and call rotation.
• Use CRM to track leads and activities.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales to exceed targets.
• Attend trade shows and events to build relationships.
• Build relationships with supplier partners to drive revenue.
• Complete administrative tasks and submit weekly expense reports.
