Ingersoll Rand’s Compression Systems and Services Customer Center is hiring an Account Manager to drive equipment sales and service solutions across a defined Southwest territory, supporting Pomona, San Diego, and Phoenix. You will quote, prospect, and develop relationships to meet revenue targets and maximize profits.

Travel regionally to customer sites, manage both direct and distributor accounts, design compressed air solutions, and collaborate with the service team to ensure customer loyalty

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4+ years’ experience in an industrial sales business setting or completion of the Ingersoll Rand SDP.

Responsabilidades

• Generate Revenue by selling equipment, service contracts, and offerings to end users and partners within a defined geographic area.
• Develop existing customer base and secure new accounts to expand IR presence in the market.
• Provide and design compressed air solutions to meet industrial customer needs.
• Partner with services team to understand products and services and satisfy customer needs.
• Record orders and feedback in the CRM and manage the sales pipeline with daily reporting.
