Responsibilities

• Manage high levels of on-time delivery execution with service partners.
• Update and document client and service partner information in Salesforce.
• Oversee workflows with client 3rd party systems and work orders.
• Assist in training service partners and field teams on technology and app usage.
• Review data to ensure services are completed on time and correctly.
• Manage service delivery to designated scope of work.
• Communicate with clients at regional and store levels by calls and emails about status.
• Assist billing and finance with service partner payment issues.
• Develop additional training materials as needed.
• Coordinate with insurance and contract admin on partner compliance.
• Be available for snow events 24/7.
