Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking an Outside Account Manager to run a book of commercial facility management accounts, growing them by solving problems and adding services. You’ll visit client properties in person, build relationships, and drive retention and expansion through strategic service offerings.

You’ll lead an assistant night manager and a network of contractors, coordinate vendors, and ensure every scope is delivered on time. This role rewards performance with uncapped earnings.

Qualifications

• Experience leading staff and managing a network of vendors.
• Self-starter who drives results and takes initiative.
• Experience in account management, route sales, or service sales.
• Outgoing, persuasive communicator with strong verbal and written skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for client visits.

Responsibilities

• Visit client properties in person to own the results.
• Retain accounts by solving problems before they grow.
• Sell and manage extra services to grow each account.
• Direct night manager and vendors, and hold them accountable.
• Lead a network of contractors and ensure timely scope delivery.
