Job summary

CarNow seeks a Regional Account Manager to engage with dealers, drive loyalty, and maximize ROI through consultative selling and product value enhancement.

You will manage a book of 75–120 dealers, coordinate onboarding, provide training, and deliver quarterly reviews while collaborating with the Implementation and Sales teams.

This role requires travel up to 75% monthly within the region and strong CRM proficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in automotive sales, with a focus on digital solutions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of chat and digital retailing technologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Results-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Willingness to travel 75% monthly within the assigned region.
• Familiarity with CRM tools for effective sales management.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person account management for 75–120 dealer accounts.
• Join onboarding calls with Implementation for seamless handoff.
• Run pre-live audits using HubSpot playbook to ensure launch readiness.
• Schedule in-person launch meetings with decision makers and end users.
• Deliver refresh training for dealer personnel.
• Aim for monthly retention via customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Follow Cancellation process for churn and document saves in HubSpot.
• Maintain 45-day dealer touchpoints via email, text, or call.
• Deliver 90-day account reviews with ROI and usage metrics.
• Make backend config updates and provide tech support, resolve SLA.
• Share best practices and ROI-boosting recommendations.
• Test connectivity with 3rd party vendors.
• Collaborate with sales on deals and upsell opportunities.
• Log all communication in CarNow CRM (HubSpot).
• Participate in ongoing education and LMS courses.
• Review KPI dashboards to meet targets.
• Tackle special projects for your book of business.
