Job summary

CarNow seeks a Regional Account Manager to drive growth by engaging with dealers and delivering consultative solutions. You will focus on loyalty, ROI, and long-term relationships while proactively identifying opportunities and communicating needs to stakeholders.

The role requires managing 75–120 dealer accounts, leading onboarding, conducting pre-live audits, and delivering training, account reviews, and value-driven updates using HubSpot CRM.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in automotive sales with digital solutions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of chat and digital retailing technologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel 75% monthly.
• Familiarity with CRM tools for sales management.

Responsibilities

• Provide in person account management for 75–120 dealer accounts.
• Attend onboarding and pre-launch calls with Implementation team.
• Conduct pre-live audits using HubSpot playbooks.
• Schedule and host launch meetings with decision makers.
• Perform refresh training for dealer personnel.
• Achieve monthly retention goals through customer satisfaction.
• Follow cancellation process and log saves in HubSpot CRM.
• Complete dealer touchpoints on a 45-day cadence.
• Deliver Account Reviews on a 90-day cadence with ROI discussion.
• Make backend configuration updates and provide technical support.
• Offer best practices and product recommendations to maximize ROI.
• Test connectivity with 3rd party vendors and integrations.
• Collaborate with internal sales on deals and upsell opportunities.
• Log all communications in CarNow CRM (HubSpot).
• Participate in LMS courses and monitor KPI dashboards.
• Address special projects for your book of business.
