CarNow is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to develop and execute strategic sales plans, driving new account growth and achieving monthly quotas in the automotive territory.

You will identify franchise dealers, tailor solutions to their needs, and build relationships with decision-makers to accelerate sales cycles. Demonstrated automotive sales success and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven track record of exceeding sales targets in Automotive industry.
• Ample dealership contacts within the designated territory with the ability to gain access and present CarNow products.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong understanding of digital retailing and chat solutions in Automotive sector.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel 80% within the assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve monthly quotas and drive new account growth in the territory.
• Identify and engage with franchise dealers, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within dealership organizations to facilitate sales cycles.
• Conduct product demonstrations of CarNow's chat and digital retailing solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about industry trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
• Utilize a CRM to plan territory visits, manage pipelines, and record activity.
