Job summary

CarNow is seeking a Regional Account Manager to drive growth by managing a large dealer book and delivering consultative digital solutions. You will lead onboarding, conduct pre-launch and launch trainings, and maintain ongoing dealer relationships to maximize ROI and product value.

You'll analyze accounts, coordinate with Implementation and Sales teams, and use HubSpot CRM to document activities. Travel of about 75% within the designated region is expected.

Responsibilities

• Manage 75–120 dealer accounts with in-person support.
• Lead onboarding and pre-launch calls with Implementation.
• Conduct pre-live audits to ensure launch readiness.
• Host launch meetings and training for dealers and decision makers.
• Deliver 90‑day account reviews with ROI discussions.
• Perform backend configuration updates and provide technical support.
• Log all communications in HubSpot CRM and track KPI dashboards.
• Collaborate with sales on new deals and upsell opportunities.
