Elevate is seeking a Regional Account Manager to drive profitable growth and strengthen relationships with architects, consultants, and building owners across the United States. You will promote innovative building solutions, expand product specifications, and manage key accounts throughout the project lifecycle.

The role blends strategic account management with technical product knowledge and customer education, offering meaningful impact in the construction and building materials sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in construction, manufacturing, sales, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite incl. Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Tableau and SAP. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop specification and project growth across the assigned territory.
• Promote new products to architects and consultants.
• Deliver presentations and product training to industry professionals.
• Review project specs to ensure proper product selection.
• Build relationships with regional building owners and act as primary contact.
• Collaborate with sales reps and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities.
• Monitor account performance and provide strategic recommendations.
• Travel within territory to engage customers and support development.
• Support installers with documentation and technical submittals.
• Share market insights with sales, marketing, quality, and technical teams.
