Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager for Alabama with remote work near Montgomery or Birmingham. You will manage a regional portfolio, grow sales, and drive profitability through strategic planning, dealer engagement, and cross-brand sell-through.

The role requires a 4-year degree (preferred) plus 3 years in industrial product sales, with IT systems and MS Office proficiency. Travel within Alabama and nearby areas is expected.

Qualifications

• 3 years of sales experience in industrial products or related complex commercial product sales.
• Understanding of IT business systems (BW, Salesforce.com, Tool Commerce) and Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• 4-year college degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage and lead all elements of the region.
• Drive region's sales growth, profitability, listings, and share gain.
• Develop and execute strategic plan using marketing programs and field resources.
• Establish relationships with top accounts and key personnel; regular dealer visits.
• Drive sell-through across SBDK brands and units.
• Provide product knowledge support to dealers and events staff.
• Utilize Salesforce and BW to drive efficiencies.
• Manage budgets (T&E, Funds, Demo Tool) for profitability.
